How to get to the SCUBA diving center from the airport:
Cebu (Mactan) International is 100K from the dive center, reached via a pleasant 3 hour drive, make the trip during the day for some stunning views along the way. If possible bypass Manila and fly directly into Cebu, which is a better managed and far more pleasant airport to use.
